The photo needs to be saved on your computer as a jpg file, don’t worry about the size to much yahoo will adapt it. Then go to the following 4 steps. below
1> Go to your 360 page then click "my page” (top of page).
2> Click "edit personal photo" (on the left above photo window).
3> Click “browse” choose the photo from your photos click "save", Set as primary and "save".
4> Go to your “edit my profile” http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit click “use my yahoo 360 picture” scroll down and press "preview", and then "OK" in the next screen.
And your done.

Unless your company is so small that you can handle the whole a/cs function yourself, chances are you work in an Accounts Department. I am coaching an 11-13 yr old soccer team and we had our first scrimmage the other day. I noticed that my team tends to bunch up around wherever the ball is. Do you know any drills for this age group that would help in this situation.
try to explain the positions on the field more and you can probably try a lane drill. split the field with cones into thirds and tell the kids to stay in their lanes(there will be a few people in each lane depending on what setup your using) also try playing keep away which forces them to spread the field to get it away from the other team
Please help me, how to make a schedule for badminton tournament, which have 13 teams? How should divide these teams with elimination system (each teams eliminated in each match)? How many ‘bye’ should be? And please give me an example of the schedule pics.
You’ll have 3 byes, you’ll have to slot for 16. 1st seed will go against 16th, 2nd against 15th and so on. The total of the rank of both team must total up to 17, 1+16 = 17, 2 + 15, 3+14 and so on.
