Marvel Ultimate Alliance : Can anybody direct me to a comprehensive team building faq,or help me directly?

Posted on June 15th, 2010 by admin

I really need some help with this team building stuff. I would love some suggestions or hints.

Basic rules govern what you need: At least 1 flier, 1 up colse attacker, 1 long range, and 1 buffer. Certain characters can fufil 2 roles, such as Deadpool, who can be a ranged, buffer, or a close combat, buffer, or all 3. He can also teleport, a form of movement. Fliers like Spider-Man or Iron Man are also useful, as they can also fuffil 2 roles. My prefered team:
Deadpool: Ranged, Buffer
Spider-Man: Flier, Close combat
Iron-Man: Ranged, Close Combat, Flier
Captain America: Close Combat, Buffer

call center moral booster and team building ideas?

Posted on June 7th, 2010 by admin

I work in a call center and I am in a leadership role. I am looking for some good team building ideas and a way to increase moral as it is really down right now…any ideas?

Since that type of environment is so structured, I suggest that you initiate some bonding activities outside the workplace itself.

For example, you could schedule a lunch meeting at a local restaurant for anyone who would like to participate.

Team building activities for elementary students?

Posted on May 29th, 2010 by admin

I need to come up with a team building activity for ages 9-11. I cant spend any money to buy equipment, but I know there are lots of ideas out there (ie: using wooden slats to move across the room…) I cant find any great ideas for kids and really appreciate any help ASAP!

There are many cooperative learning activities that you can do with your students for team building. Below are some links that may help you.

Do you have any suggestions for a great but simple Team-building activity?

Posted on May 27th, 2010 by admin

we will organize a team-building activity for our music ministry in church. Do you have any suggestions wherein these people would enjoy.

Absolutely, always pray before and after practice this will develop relationships and draw each one close to the other. Make sure each person gets a chance to pray. Start in a circle, when one person finishes the next person has a chance unless they choose not to in which case they will squeeze the person on their right hand. Prayers will continue around the circle until it comes back to the leader to close in prayer.

Does anyone have some middle school team building activities?

Posted on May 24th, 2010 by admin

I am a middle school coach and when my girls feel like a team they play better, but I’ve run out of team building activities (tried the human knot and the trust fall). Does anyone have a simple team building drill, game or activity that I could use?

Get the girls to make up an ace (it’s after you serve it and the other team doesnt touch it and you score a point. The team makes up a beat that they do with there feet.) It gets them to work together as a team and listen to one another. It worked for our team.
