why is there so much lack in team work for mw3?

i play mw3 and i notice that there is very little team work and people seem so selfish. is it because people want kill streaks so they leave the objective unprotected and im a huge team player and cant stand people that don’t play as a team

BQ: im thinking about switching to battlefield 3 is this game pretty good on team work?

Every FPS i played everyones a Kill Whore, or just wants to go 20-0 or something. They know people wil go for objectives people camp. But people camp even harder in BF3! The maps are huge and all people do is camp in bushes or the buildings.

I dont think it takes either of those. Im always a loner in bf3 and im always in first place since i get kills and capture or blow up stuff(either conquest or rush)
I think cod has more team work. You need a team to capture an objective, blow up a bomb site or capture a flag.
well i have 30wins and 8losses and a 1.89kd so i most be unstoppable already

Being a lone wolf in a game won’t help you win. Sure you can have the highest KD in every lobby but if you run into a squad that’s an actual team then I’d like to see Mr. Lone wolf take them all down by his lonesome self.

I can think of v. obvious examples but some input of what team work actaully means as a doctor from current med students would be much appreciated!

When you work in say, a hospital environment you’re constantly working alongside others. Whether it be other doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, receptionists and non clinical staff. Think of all the interdepartmental referrals you may have to make. Team work is imperative during complicated surgery and situations where triaging comes into play.

We are doing a yearly kick off meeting at work and i need some good team building games, excercises etc. Any good ideas?

Well I can’t think of more than one, but split your team up into pairs and then get them to solve the chicken, the fox and the corn game. The game is the one where a farmer needs to get all three from one side of the lake to the other but can only take one at a time; the fox can’t be left alone with the chicken otherwise the chicken will be eaten, and the corn can’t be left alone with the chicken or else the chicken will eat the corn. I’ve seen this one done at a few offices, it just brings people together in a light-hearted way but also allows employees to work together.

My brother wants to play football at university of houston but hasnt gotten a scholarship so he has no choice but to walk on. He is 6′1 230lbs. benches 295 and runs a 4.9
He played Tight end.

So my main ? is…what is it like walking on and what takes place during the walk on try outs?

Your brother’s chances of playing college football depends on his performance in football during his senior year of high school. If your brother performs very well in football during his senior year of high school, he will greatly improve his chances of walking on or even getting recruited for a scholarship to play for a college football program.

If your brother does not get a scholarship, he has the option to walk on to a college football program. How this thing works is that a college football team can have up to 105 players total, with 85 of them being scholarship athletes. Therefore, there is enough space for 20 walk on players to make it on a college football team.

Well generally, you draft players from the league and create a team. my league, you have 3C’s, 3 RW, 3 LW, 4 D, 1 UTIL, 4 BENCH, AND 2 G. each week, you face the team of someone in your league. Depends on the league you’re in, in my league, there are 12 categories of scoring. they are G,A,P,+/-,PIM,PPP,SHP,SOG.W,GAA,SV%, and SHO. so if my team in total has 3 wins and the other 2 wins, i get the point. the score at the end of the week might look like 8-4. Get it? if its 6-6, its a tie. but there are other leagues where each scoring thing like a Goal or an assist is worth a certain amount of points so whoever has the most point by the end of the week wins the week. i played fantasy baseball like that and the scores would usually be like in the 200 somethings. i don;t know about hockey. you can also trade with people in your league.

overall, fantasy sports are really fun. and id go with Sparkly Seahorses

how do madden 12 ultimate team collections work?

I’m confused about how collections work in ultimate team in Madden. Once you get one of the collection cards from buying a pack, do you automatically get credit for it in your collection? I have one of the stadiums (Jets) in one of the collections but it still shows I have zero items in that collection. In fact, I have purchased two packs and still have no items from collections. Do I have to activate a card or something? Any help would be helpful…thanks!

once you get a card that is eligible for collection you must "send it to pending colletction"
after you have done this you go to the menu and go to "collections". go to the collection which has the card you are trying to "collect". once you are in that collection you shoud see the card you placed their is now highlighted. go to to this card and select it, now you will have the menu pop up to collect this card.
