How can senior management learn from other teams ?

Posted on May 14th, 2010 by admin

How can senior management of different business units interact more with each other’s TEAMS that they don’t routinely lead or meet ?? My company is trying to develop senior management in a way that they can be in touch with each other’s teams and learn ideas from other processes that they can implement in their own teams. Every team has it’s own strengths but also redundant wants of donig things. A fresh look at other teams can sometime trigger new ideas and efficiencies. Any ideas or fresh ways we can do this ??

When our company went through a phase like this an employee survey garnered a lot of good information.
Also, special working groups that meet once a month can be very helpful. Some examples of ones I’ve worked on are: Marketing Committee, Diversity Committee and Mentoring Programs
Also, if senior management is open to ideas, they can simply let employess know this and ask for feedback- directly.

How will the layout for the mens ncaa basketball tournament work if there are 96 teams next year?

Posted on May 11th, 2010 by admin

how will the bracket work? will there be byes? because the first round would be 96 teams, 2nd round would be 48, 3rd round 24 teams, 4th round 12 teams, 5th round 6 teams, 6th round 3 teams. It cannot continue after that.

I heard that 32 teams will get a bye in the first round. That is all I know.

What are some good reasons why girls should be allowed on male sports teams?

Posted on May 9th, 2010 by admin

Just some examples of when it has worked out or not worked out.
And why you believe girls should be allowed on male teams.
As well as why boys should be allowed on female teams.
Such as males being allowed on the volleyball team and females being allowed on the football team.

Where I live, either gender must be allowed to play on the team of the other gender(Providing they make the cut) if there is no comparable team of their own gender.

So, girls can wrestle or boys can be on the dance line, if they are good enough.
