Also, I am asking about someone who has Finance as their major. They finished college in 3 years because in their last year they enrolled in 8 classes and passed all of them. They also play soccer for the team at the university. Are finance classes easy or is it a savant?

Probably he hired someone to do his homework. If 6 classes is quite a lot for an college student, then 8 it would be too much.

   Many colleges allow students to enroll for a maximum of about 18 units.

   If you want to finish college in three years, the easiest way to do it is to attend year round.
