How do you make friends with your sports team?

I love to play sports, but I always have trouble making friends on my teams. I end up an outcast on my team and I hate it. I need to know how to connect with my team so I can play better with them and so my team can be more together. So we can call each other names and not get in fights and stuff.
Ok Aaron, you need to get OUT of volleyball you pervert.
Okayy, well I’m really shy but I love playing sports too. I always know a few people on the teams, but I never know them enough to really have the courage to talk to them. So, I just talk to them about random stuff(volleyball, school, boys, etc.) and then really get to know them. Trust me, it gets alot easier when you bond with them. Plus, you have to talk in sports. I just finished school ball and got to really know them, and I was still shy to say like "outside", "back", or "middle", to call for the setter to set to me.
DONT create drama. My brothers girlfriends sisters softball team did that this year, and the coach had to send emails to everyone, get them to do an obstacle course that helps with teamwork. They finally worked it out right before a huge tournament.
Anyways, have funnn (:

Ok wow don’t listen to that guy..
Just make sure you don’t talk bad about them to other teammates.. or to anyone of that matter and just smile and tell them good job if they did something good. laughs and smiles get you far
but don’t act like your too desperate to make friends. don’t worry you will be just fine. be friendly. try to talk!
