So my neighbor … So my neighbor ksk0516ksk just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! So he used the training workout over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | and increased over 14 inches in his vertical leap!
I’m 5′8 and I can … I’m 5′8 and I can do some crazy 360 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition . I used the training program at snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining but any program/workout is fine as long as they work

Play #6 was nothing … Play #6 was nothing special, swinging the ball and ending up without a layup, with the defense on its heels is far from amazing, let alone a top 10 all time play. Play #2 should be a top 10 assist, it was bad ball movement until that incredible falling down, over the shoulder assist. Finally, there should have been at least one sequence of team defense since you are never more of team than when you have to stop someone. There should have been the end of G5 93 ECF, “Smith no, Smith again…”
lol so true, … lol so true, there’s no true “team” these days where everyone on the court is needed, i think the celtics is probably the closest to a true team imo
the announcers make … the announcers make the plays… it could be the best play in the world and nobody would care if the announcer wasn’t into the game. “it’s the laker’s ball. watch this fabulous fast break. 2 points for l.a.” what kind of enthusiasm is that?

Number 2 should … Number 2 should have been number one. Everything flowed, even when it looked as though the Knicks would lose the ball on an attempted steal. They adjusted within what seemed to be a split second, recovered the ball, continued their passing and cutting. Finally, they score on an easy layup. No worries, clinically executed…Great basketball.
